CD Renovations and Remodeling INC is a full service, home remodeling company and general contractor. We self-perform much our remodels and repairs. We are deck builders, flooring installers, bathroom remodelers, siding contractors, painters, kitchen remodelers, trim carpenters, window installers, and so much more! We do just almost everything you would ever need to remodel your home, inside and out!

In remodeling, all jobs are a little different, so the payment schedules are as well. 

Typically, we do a 3+ payment process. An initial deposit before commencing any work. This is typically to order any material needed and to secure a spot on the calendar. Payments throughout the project, and the balance due after completion.

We can recommend you to a financing company who specialized in renovation style loans that we work with. We accept most major credit cards has a 2.7% fee. Including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We can also do bank transfers, Venmo and Zelle transfers.

There technically is no license in NY, PA or NJ. However, we are registered to do work in those states. We are fully insured, carrying workers compensation, general liability, and disability insurance.

Every project is different. So, costs will vary greatly. Design increases price, vs standard grade. Our prices may be higher than our competitors. It’s important to compare apples to apples. Many contractors don't take the same steps we take to ensure a long-lasting product. We always recommend if you can’t afford what you want, to save up until you're ready to get the job done right, and exactly how you want it!

Yes! we only use professional sub-contractors that are licensed and insured.

We typically work Monday - Friday. We start at 8am and finish around 4pm. We can work Saturdays, but typically only do if requested by client, or if we need to catch up on schedule. We can be flexible with the hours we work in your home as well!

Typically, we charge a lump sum for completion of the project. We find it to work out the best for both our clients and our company. In certain scenarios, we will charge per hour. We are flexible if the homeowner wants to provide material and we can just give a labor rate.

We are based out of Wurtsboro, NY. We Serve Orange, Sullivan, Pike counties!

Yes! Almost all of our work will offer some sort of warranty. All projects are different, and certain site conditions or existing structures may prevent certain warranties we usually offer. Our standard warranty is a 1-year workmanship. We offer this because typically, if our work lasts 1 years with no issues, there won’t be any. We ensure we get the job done right, so were not afraid to back that up
